The study aims to grasp the perception and appraisal of urban park users through text analysis. This used Google review data provided by Maps. Maps Review is an online platform that provides information evaluating locations social media understanding from perspective general reviewers regional guides who are registered as members determined if Reviews were useful for extracting meaningful about user perceptions appraisals parks management plans. chose three in Seoul, South Korea; Seoul Forest, Boramae Park, Olympic Park. each these collected via web crawling using Python.
